Terms and Conditions
The promoter is DB Vertrieb GmbH, Deutsche Bahn UK Booking Centre, P.O. Box 687A, Surbiton, KT6 6UB.
This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland, aged 16 years or over, except employees of 3Sixty and Deutsche Bahn UK or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
No purchase is necessary. Entry to the prize draw is free of charge.
Competition dates
This competition runs between from 1st March 2010 and 30th June 2010 only. Entries received after this date and time will not be entered into the prize draw.
To enter the competition entrees must sign up by entering their name and email address on the landing page of the competition microsite and by entering this promotion, entrants are agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
All entries must be received by 30th June 2010.
Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per e-mail address. Addresses and names will be checked. The Promoter's decision on this is final.
Winners will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator from all correct and eligible entries received, after the closing date.
The draw will take place on 1st July 2010. Winners will be drawn from all entrants who entered their names and emails for the competition in the promotional period and answered all the questions correctly.
The winners will be notified by email by within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw.
No liability shall be taken for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for participants being unable to connect to the Promoter's website or to participate in this competition, or if their entry is late or lost, due to any problem, technical or otherwise connected with their email or web connection.
Prizes
Entrants are only eligible to win one prize per entry.
The terms and conditions of any other third party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.
All prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative. There will be no refund in the event of cancellation by the client. The prize is subject to availability and is to be taken as stated.
All winners will be provided with standard class return train tickets from London to the given destination.
All prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deutsche Bahn UK reserves the right to provide substitute prizes – routes of similar value should the specified route become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered.
All tickets will be booked by the Deutsche Bahn UK Booking Centre. Routes are not flexible and will be chosen by the Promoter.

Top Prize
The top prize includes: 4 tickets for Melt! Festival 2010, VIP Camping at Melt! which is valid between 15th-19th July 2010 and 4 return adult tickets on the City Night Line service from London to a station within distance of 'Melt! Festival'. Dates and times shall be fixed.
1st Runner Up Prize
The 1st runner up prize includes: 2 tickets for Melt! Festival 2010, 50% off the return train journey from London - Melt! Festival for 2 adults.2nd Runner Up Prize
The 2nd runner up prize includes: 2 tickets for Berlin Festival 2010, accommodation in Berlin and 25% off the return train journey from London - Berlin for 2 adults between the beginning and end dates of the 10th and 11th September 2010.
The accommodation details will be given to the winner or put on the competition microsite once announced.
The winners get 2 nights in a 3 star hotel in the city centre.
3rd Runner Up Prize
The 3rd runner up prize includes: 25% off the return train journey from London - Cologne for 2 adults between 1st July 2009 and 1st July 2010.
The 3rd runner up prize also includes a weekend stay at the Novotel in Cologne, Germany. This can be booked within a year of the competition end date. The voucher is valid for 2 adults over one weekend for 2 nights between July 2010 and July 2011.
Winners
Deutsche Bahn UK reserves the right to use the names or winners, for publicity purposes only.
If the winner of the prize cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by Deutsche Bahn, Deutsche Bahn will be entitled to select an alternative winner from among the entrants.
All tickets shall be posted by special delivery to all winners.
Prizes do not include travel insurance, personal expenditure or incidental costs other than where mentioned.
The prize is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
10% discount
The 10% discount is only valid for those who enter the competition. The discount is valid until 1st March 2011 and covers the Deutsche Bahn Network in Europe.
The discount can only be used when calling the Deutsche Bahn UK Booking Centre. The voucher cannot be used for online ticket bookings.
Data Protection
With regards to data protection, in addition to the use specified above, the Promoter may use the winner's, and each entrant's, personal details for the purpose of administering this competition. By entering this promotion you agree that Deutsche Bahn AG and the German National Tourist Office may use the details you give us to contact you about products and services, and may also use your details to send you regular newsletters. Details of the entrants will not be given to third parties outside Deutsche Bahn AG and the German National Tourist Office.
If due to circumstances outside the Promoter's control or if the Promoter deems it necessary to suspend, amend or cancel the prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right to do so.
Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
This competition, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Upon entering the competition, you irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
